"My spouse and I have been with State Farm Insurance for decades all over the USA. When we moved to Maine in 2021 we contacted Diane Newman and her to team to continue our relationship with State Farm. Diane and her team have been one of the best group of insurance people we have worked with. It doesn’t matter who answers our calls. They all know who we are, they have access to our files and have a very clear understanding of our coverage’s. Diane and her team are the poster team of professionalism starting with their knowledge of all aspects of insurance including home, cars, to name a few. The entire team are friendly, personable, and make talking about insurance as fun as it can get. For the first time as long time clients of State Farm, Diane Newman and her team reached out to us to have us meet to discuss our coverage to ensure we had the appropriate coverage. Diane made suggestions on a few changes and also ways we could save money. "Diane Newman has been my State Farm car insurance agent for over 30 years and I’ve never wanted to switch to anyone else! Most importantly, she does business the old-fashioned way… She really cares and treats her clients as friends and family, remembering details about each person’s life and acting as a true advocate for the well-being of everyone. Also, State Farm does not charge extra fees for monthly payments vs. a biannual payment or full pay on insurance premiums. This is an example of one of the many ways that Diane through State Farm is looking out for us! I’d give her six stars if that was an option!"

"I absolutely love everyone at this office I have worked with Diane Kevin and Melanie and all three of them are so awesome they're always there to answer any question I have even if I ask it 10,000 times they will give me a breakdown of every single thing I have called more often than a regular person does I'm constantly adding vehicles or switching insurance and they're always happy to accommodate every need I have they're excellent at calling me and letting me know if my premium is going up they always are trying to get me the best deal possible I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone they are such sweet people over there"
